CHOICES CIC supports the local community by offering unique, nature based therapeutic interventions for children, young people, adults, and military personnel. Through creative, experiential approaches, CHOICES helps people build confidence, regulate emotions, reconnect with themselves, and find calm in a safe, rural environment.

Equine Assisted Therapy & Learning at CHOICES CIC provides gentle, non ridden interaction with horses to support emotional wellbeing, resilience, communication, and self awareness. Working alongside horses helps individuals explore feelings, develop trust, and experience grounding in a peaceful countryside setting. Sessions are trauma informed, person centred, and designed to meet people exactly where they are.
