Program Overview This 3‑day experiential programme supports Year 6 pupils as they prepare for the transition to secondary school. Using the Eagala Model, pupils explore identity, strengths, challenges, friendships, and future readiness through metaphor, herd dynamics, and non‑verbal problem‑solving. 🎯 Program Purpose To support Year 6 pupils as they prepare for the move to secondary school by strengthening: • Emotional regulation • Confidence and self‑belief • Communication and social skills • Problem‑solving and resilience • A sense of agency and readiness for change The Eagala model provides a safe, experiential environment where pupils explore transition themes through metaphor, herd dynamics, and embodied learning.
