🎯 Purpose of the Day
Men often carry burnout differently—quietly, internally, and with a sense of duty or pressure to “push through.” This day creates a non‑judgemental, experiential space where men can explore:
• The pressures they carry
• The impact of burnout on body and mind
• Boundaries, stress responses, and coping patterns
• Healthy ways to reconnect with balance and resilience
All through the Eagala Model: no riding, no fixing, no telling—just honest interaction with horses and metaphor.
🐴 Eagala Model Principles Embedded Throughout
• No riding
• Horses as active partners
• Solution‑focused, client‑led
• Metaphor-rich experiential learning
• Emotional safety and choice at the centre
🎯 Aims
• To provide men with a safe, non‑judgemental environment to explore burnout, stress, and emotional load through experiential interaction with horses.
• To increase awareness of how burnout affects thoughts, behaviour, relationships, and physical wellbeing.
• To support men in recognising personal patterns of pressure, responsibility, and coping.
• To offer an embodied experience of balance, boundaries, and resilience using the Eagala Model.
• To promote early intervention, emotional awareness, and healthier strategies for managing stress.
🧭 Objectives
By the end of the programme, participants will be able to:
• Identify key sources of burnout and pressure in their personal or professional lives.
• Recognise how stress shows up in their body, behaviour, and decision‑making.
• Use metaphor and experiential learning to externalise and understand their internal load.
• Explore and practise healthy boundaries through interaction with horses.
• Demonstrate increased self‑awareness around emotional triggers and stress responses.
• Identify at least one practical, realistic step they can take to support their own balance and wellbeing.
• Reflect on how relational patterns (withdrawal, over‑functioning, avoidance, hyper‑responsibility) show up in the arena and in daily life.
• Leave with a sense of clarity, and connection — knowing they are not alone in their experience.
There are no upcoming workshops right now - but more are coming soon. We’re finalising new dates and will release them shortly. Thank you for your patience and continued interest.
